Redesign of the classic chevron logo
The first steps of this new strategy were the redesign of the classic double chevron logo and layout of the DS concept (photos), a name that evokes the revolutionary luxury sedan of the 50s, but is now applied to a compact car with clear intentions to compete against the Mini Cooper.
The production DS goes on sale next year and will be marketed worldwide, including Marcos. The new brand will arrive before our country: from April dealerships will start to have a new aesthetic.
Citroen also made a global commitment to improve customer service. To this end published an interesting monologue (?) To be met by all vendors:
1. No customer will wait more than three minutes without being served.
2. Requests for information made by Internet will be answered within 24 hours.
3. Customer needs are clearly identified, presenting products and services tailored to your desires.
4. The test drives will be offered spontaneously and systematically.
5. The proposed purchase will be formally delivered and personalized in a form.
6. The seller will say “thank you”, will accompany the client to the door and say “goodbye.”
7. The customer will have a reliable delivery date will be informed immediately of any change.
8. The vehicle will be delivered in perfect condition and 100% according to the order. The customer will receive information on use and maintenance.
9. All customers will be contacted no more than five days to see if they are satisfied with the vehicle.
